Leave the car behind and wander the cliffs and beaches of the cornish coast. Take a leisurely stroll along the cliffside from Rock to Daymer Bay to Polzeath Beach, taking in the views. Reward yourself with a delicious clotted cream ice cream.

Explore the stunning coast of Cornwall and discover hidden gems. Walk the coastal path or cycle the Camel Trail, follow in the footsteps of Poldark, or enjoy a real Cornish pasty or cream tea at one of the many picturesque villages.

 

Head for the Beach

Reach for the bucket and spade, windbreak and bodyboard and experience the numerous sandy beaches of North Cornwall. Relax to the sound of the sea, explore the coves and rock pools, build a sand castle or head for the surf.

Accommodation

Pebble Cottage is a terraced barn conversion set within eight similar style properties, all with wonderful views across the valley. You can expect to find a contemporary feel with neutral colours, wooden floors, fitted kitchen and bathroom with a separate shower in addition to the roll top bath. Pebble Cottage is equipped with high speed internet and wifi access. The Treglyn Farm area is a quiet, child friendly environment well away from any main roads and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Downstairs consists of a slate laid entrance lobby leading into an open plan, well furnished kitchen/lounge/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with new built-in oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, ironing facilities and all that you require for a comfortable and stress free holiday. The dining area with table will comfortably seat four people and has patio doors opening out to the patio area and private back garden (not enclosed) which is an ideal sun trap in the evenings to sit and watch the sun go down. The lounge area has three two-seater sofas and a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player. You will also find a selection of popular DVD’s, board games, a radio and for handy hints on where to go just talk to Google dot. Double sliding patio doors overlook the green and to open countryside beyond.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the front bedroom gets the sun in the morning with a kingsize bed and furniture which includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. A hair dryer is also provided. The rear bedroom has two single beds and a tall chest of drawers. Duvets, pillows and linen are provided. Towels are also provided (1x bath towel & 1x hand towel per person). The bathroom is fitted with a white suite including a separate shower cubicle and a roll top bath and shower attachment, easy for showering little ones and a bit of luxury for you.

To the front of the property is a large communal garden area which is great to let the kids run around or play football. Please note that dogs are not permitted to run freely around this area. Venture further afield and you may find yourself wandering to The Maltsters Arms at Chaple Amble. At the rear of Pebble Cottage is a private garden area (not fenced/gated) with small patio area. Parking for two cars is also to the rear of the property.

A few holiday essentials such as washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towels, toilet roll, etc are provided to make your first day easier.

The cottage is professionally cleaned between visitors by our house keepers, but we would expect the occupants to leave the cottage clean and tidy.

Pebble Cottage is a non-smoking property. Well behaved dogs (maximum of two) are welcome at the owners’ discretion and at an additional fee of £25 per dog per week.
